Opioid Wellness / Resiliency Development

The SFM will open a funding opportunity to benefit First Responders in the State of Nebraska. These funds are part of the Opioid Prevention and Treatment Act funding. They will be used for Wellness/Resiliency Development Programs. For more information and an application please go to the Forms Page, then Opioid Wellness/Resiliency Development. The funding opportunity will open on April 15th and applications are due by April 30th.

Do you need to submit plans?

Click -> -> Electronic Addendum/Revision Form to change or add to plans already submitted.

Do you need to schedule an inspection?

Click -> -> MAPS to find your inspector by division (type of inspection) and county.

Completed Plan Reviews can be viewed under "Check My Submission Status".

Plans are listed under the "Completed" tab for 1 month after completion.

Report Boiler Accident - To report an accident: Call M-F 8-5 402-471-9902; after hours or weekends 402-540-4629. After reporting the accident you can complete the form to provide additional information regarding the incident. Any additional documentation or information can be sent by email to sfm.boilers@nebraska.gov
