Executive Order 25-08

Today Governor Pillen issued 
Executive Order 25-08 in which he “…hereby suspend §§81-520.01 (2) and 81-520.04 and direct a statewide suspension of the authority vested in local fire chiefs to waive the open burning ban in all portions of the state determined to be at high, very high, or extreme risk for rangeland fires until midnight April 30, 2025."
