Hello,

We are  pleased to inform you that our Plans Division currently has an improved turnaround time of 2-3 weeks from date of submission. This turnaround is now on par with our promised turnaround time for our 3rd Party Reviewer option, which is still available. For more information on our 3rd Party Review option, please visit https://sfm.nebraska.gov/plans/plans-submittal.

Temporary Technical Difficulties
For those of you who currently have plans in any part of the submission queues or who are planning to submit, we are currently experiencing technical difficulties with our OnBase system. This affects anyone who has plans Awaiting Payment, Awaiting Assignment, or Plans Under Review. As of Wednesday, August 17th at 4:30 PM, we are not able to accept or advance any new or current addendum/revision submissions but anticipate that the system will be back online on Monday, August 22nd. Make sure you check our website https://sfm.nebraska.gov/plans/plans-submittal before submitting to ensure the system is working properly as applications may be lost in cyberspace if submitted before. Please note that paper plans and addendums/revisions are also entered into the same system and are in limbo as well.

For those with plans still in the Awaiting Payment queue, you can still pay on Payport as those systems are not connected but cannot be entered into OnBase until the issue is resolved.

Thank you so much for your patience and we apologize for the inconvenience

If you have further questions, please let me know.

Thank you
